Getting to know Sheronda
Real estate has always been my passion and dream. I worked hard to get my real estate license 10 years ago and leapt at an opportunity in property management. I am now excited to parlay that experience into the sales side of things – I can’t wait to help you realize your home ownership dreams!
Without a doubt, my clients have always appreciated my ability to get the job done. I am a big goal setter, and have a history of going above and beyond for my clients and my investors. I’ve learned to listen and understand the true motivation of my clients – real estate is so much more than just opening doors and filling out paperwork. At the core of my being I strive to exceed expectations and deliver exquisite service.
Helping them understand what they really want and need. It goes back to asking good questions and listening. My clients love the attention and time I give them. They see me as thorough and thinking of all the details.
Because I am too happy and they are a sourpuss.
I am passionate about helping people. Real estate decisions can be some of the most emotionally erratic times in a persons life – every client has had a unique real estate incident in the past, and it’s my passion to deliver a professional and loving experience every time. I know how difficult a real estate transaction can be, and I’m here to lead you through it successfully.
I am passionate about God and my family. My life is filled with laughter and love, and you can be confident that if you spend any amount of time with me, you’ll get a healthy dose of both!
As long as I’m with my family, I’m equal parts “road trip” and “couch potato.”
Well, I’ve had my real estate license for 10 years, but I’ve been working in real estate for longer than that (trying not to date myself here…).
I’m from a typical small town in Virginia. But, college and life have led me to this great area.
I am a volunteer for the Triangle Apartment Association (I am on the Board of Directors and chair the Education Committee), and do a fair amount of work with Helping Hands Ministry. Both of these organizations are dedicated to giving back, and helping people grow in life. I love helping people create a home – safe and adequate housing is a crucial part of a person’s ability to achieve their best.
Peanut M&M’s and Lifetime movies – both for obvious reasons!
q. How do you want to be remembered?
That I lived life to the fullest and cared about other people’s needs before my own – that I fulfilled my PURPOSE in life!
q. Anything else you’d like to tell people about yourself?
I never give up.
