If a true sense of community is what you are looking for in your next home purchase, then your search is over. Highcroft, a single family neighborhood in West Cary, is the perfect place to settle in and call home.

At the heart of the neighborhood is Highcroft Drive Elementary. Imagine walking your kids to school in the morning – you never have to leave the neighborhood. In the afternoon you can pick them up and walk a few short blocks to the neighborhood’s Junior Olympic pool where they can be part of the Highcroft Hurricanes swim team.

If you enjoy being outdoors, there are several things to do right outside your door. Join your friends at the Sears Farm Road Park, a 16 acre Town of Cary Park adjacent to Highcroft. The park boasts playground areas, picnic shelters, walking trails, restrooms, a basketball court, and hills for sledding in the winter. Also adjacent to Highcroft is the USA Baseball National Training Center in Thomas Brooks Park, a Cary regional park featuring soccer fields and lighted baseball and softball fields. The Cary Greenway system can also be easily accessed for a walk, run, or bike ride.
