The region is generally to the west of the Town of Morrisville, and is served well by both NC Hwy 55 and the new Interstate 540. The area is very popular with people who work in the RTP area, RDU airport, and also provides excellent access to just about anywhere in the Triangle. Overall, the Town of Cary has excellent leadership and an active constituency, and has been consistently voted one of the best places to live, work and raise a family. The town is committed to a high level of services such as the Cary Parks and Recreation Department, and the Cary Tennis Park, not to mention the best schools in Wake County. The neighborhood of Weldon Ridge is one of the nicest communities you will ever have the privilege of calling home. Weldon Ridge is a large planned community that boasts a pedestrian friendly mix of residential options and fantastic community shopping choices. The development is one of an attractive collection of neighborhoods that includes Amberly, Cary Park, Greystone, Holland Farm, and Holland Farm.
