West Cary, primarily comprised of 27513 and 27519 zip codes, is a fantastic place to live. The intersection of Davis and High House Road has even been described as the “new downtown” Cary. The region is generally to the west of the Town of Morrisville, and is served well by both NC Hwy 55 and the new Interstate 540.

The area is very popular with people who work in the RTP area, RDU airport, and also provides excellent access to just about anywhere in the Triangle. Overall, the Town of Cary has excellent leadership and an active constituency, and has been consistently voted one of the best places to live, work and raise a family. The town is committed to a high level of services such as the Cary Parks and Recreation Department, and the Cary Tennis Park, not to mention the best schools in Wake County. Cary has exploded to the west and now includes jurisdiction into Chatham County. West Cary is generally the area to the west of Cary Parkway, wrapping around Morrisville and stretching down to meet Apex to the South.
